Corona is a virus (that produce COVID-19) that everyone knows about. And a lot of people think its fine and that their fine, while others are panicking about it. Well i think that if any problem could be solved it would be getting rid of Corona. I want this problem gone because i really want to visit my friends, go to restaurants and fast food places, and just to visit the world or just to go places. This dumb virus is just making everyone panic and everyone is buying all the stuff in the stores and not leaving any left for us. People are just being over dramatic by calling cops over stupid stuff, hunting down in their house, and just blaming everything on the president. So if any problem could end it would be the Corona virus. I just want the world to be how it used too other then the bad problems but at least we aren’t over reacting about a virus.

Fear is a tingling sensation in your nerves
like a spider climbing a thin web.
You can never get rid of fear
because you can hear it whispering deep within your ear.
Fears of all sorts can be vanquished
within the depth of your soul.
But be careful because
Fears can lure you farther and farther away (from yourself)
and they’ll make sure that you stay
but unless you fight
and strike
the fears away
then you can overcome them
you may be weak from the outside
but in the inside…
your beyond strong
and you can always beat fear
even if you can still hear deep in your ear
the fears within you
knowing they can’t get through.
So……. fears from big to small……
are all just fears..
weakless….. and powerless….
unless you let them overcome you!

Joe did have a weird last name tho
But he wishes not to say

Hey i am back to posting and i want to tell you how to sleep even better than my last post. Here are some ways i got of this page but there is no site.
Ways to fall Asleep

What you should do before you go to bed and during the day is important so here are some things you should do.
- Increase bright light exposure during the day
- Reduce blue light exposure during the evening
- Don’t consume caffeine late in the day
- Reduce naps during the day
- Try to sleep and wake at consistent times
- Don’t drink alcohol
- Optimize your Bedroom environment
- Set a bed room temp.
- Don’t eat real late in the evening
- Relax and calm for mind before bed

So, Those were some steps to do before bed but some times you still wake up tired so here are some good wakes that you can wake not tried even if its early or late.
It’s best to wake in-between deep sleep cycles rather than in the middle of one. Waking in the middle of your deep sleep can lead you to feeling groggy during the day. Try this 7.5 hours sleep duration for 3 days. If you find yourself waking about 10 minutes before your alarm goes off, you’ve found your perfect bedtime.

And there you have it. There are some good stuff to do to have a good night sleep and to wake up pretty early or late not groggy. I will talk about other stuff that is important to sleeping and how your day should go to have a good sleep but i will do that next time

Dont stress either because it could give you a nightmare and it would feel good in the morning. Just relax and feel relifeted so you could have a good night sleep.
